Greetings and welcome to Aromix!

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into between the Aromix Team ("Company," "Website," or "Application") and users of Aromix and its associated services ("you" or "Member"). This Agreement governs your use of Aromix for communicating with other Members and accessing other online services ("Services"). By clicking the "Register" button on the registration form, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions outlined herein, and consent to completing your registration with Aromix.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, please refrain from clicking the "Register" button. Clicking this button binds you to these terms, regardless of whether you finalize the registration process or purchase any Services. Aromix reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Revised terms will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website or application, and such posting shall constitute sufficient notice to you.

1. Membership Eligibility Requirements

By registering for a Aromix account, you certify and guarantee the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• You are not prohibited from using the Services under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdictions.

• You will adhere to this Agreement and all relevant local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

• You have never been convicted of a felony, indictable offense, sex crime, or any crime involving violence, and you are not required to register as a sex offender.

Membership is null and void in jurisdictions where it is prohibited. Using Aromix signifies that you possess the legal right, authority, and capacity to enter into and comply with this Agreement. All registration information must be accurate and complete. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may result in account suspension until proper verification is completed. You may not authorize third parties to use your membership or transfer your account to another person. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities conducted under your account. Any transactions performed using valid login credentials shall be deemed legitimate.

2. Membership Terms and Termination

You may create a Aromix account either through manual registration or by using login credentials from Google, Facebook, or Apple ID ("Third-Party Account"). Using a Third-Party Account constitutes your authorization for us to access, display, and utilize certain information from that account, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

You may terminate your membership at any time by sending a written notice to passionfruit66@163.com. Aromix may terminate your membership for any reason, with such termination taking effect immediately upon notice sent to your registered email address. If Aromix terminates your membership without just cause, you will receive a pro-rated refund of any unused paid services. No refunds will be issued if your membership is terminated due to a breach of this Agreement or at your own request. Paid services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. This Agreement shall remain in effect even after membership termination.

3.Restrictions on Commercial Usage

Aromix is intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. Organizations, companies, and businesses are prohibited from becoming members or using the Services. Any illegal or unauthorized use of the Services—including gathering other members’ information to send unsolicited emails or creating unauthorized links to Aromix—is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action. You agree not to develop any competitive databases, websites, applications, software, or services that compete with Aromix. Engaging in commercial activities, money transmission, or using false identities on the platform is prohibited. Violations of these provisions may lead to immediate membership termination and potential legal consequences.

4. Permitted Usage and License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Aromix grants you a personal, limited, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services on a personal device for personal purposes only. If you access the Services through a third-party platform, you are also bound by that platform’s terms of service. This license is granted solely for the purpose of enjoying the Services as permitted by these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or extract source code from the Services without prior written permission or legal authorization.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Aromix owns or retains all intellectual property rights associated with the Website/Application and Services, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any proprietary information belonging to Aromix unless you have obtained written permission or the information is in the public domain. Any commercial use, reproduction, or licensing of Aromix’s intellectual property to third parties requires formal written consent from Aromix.

6. Member-Posted Content

You agree that all content, information, photos, videos, calls, or personal data ("Content") you post or transmit through Aromix must comply with our content guidelines, which may be updated periodically.

Aromix reserves the right to review and remove any Content at its sole discretion if it is deemed offensive, illegal, or in violation of third-party rights or user safety.

• You are solely responsible for Content you post or transmit.

• By posting Content on Aromix, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, reproduce, perform, display, distribute, and create derivative works based on that Content.

Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to:

(a) Racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm promotion;

(b) Harassment;

(c) Spam, chain letters, unsolicited mass mailings;

(d) Defamatory, false, misleading, or illegal activity promotion;

(e) Illegal copying of copyrighted works;

(f) Restricted or hidden pages/images;

(g) Inappropriate content (nudity, bestiality, pornography, violence, criminal activity);

(h) Exploitation of minors or solicitation of their information;

(i) Instructions for illegal activities;

(j) Soliciting passwords or personal information for commercial/illegal purposes;

(k) Commercial activities without Aromix's prior written consent.

(l) Any content involving minors, including sexual or suggestive content related to individuals under 18, is strictly prohibited.

• You must use the Service in compliance with all laws.

• Profiles must not contain phone numbers, addresses, real names, URLs, or email addresses. Communications must not include URLs, email addresses, or phone/fax numbers.

• Advertising, soliciting, chain letters, or spam are prohibited. Using Service information to harass, abuse, harm, or contact members without consent is prohibited. Aromix may limit member emails.

• Automated data collection, false accounts, or circumventing technological measures are prohibited.

• Communications may be recorded for quality assurance.

• Aromix may investigate and take legal action for violations.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate or utilize third-party services. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Aromix does not guarantee the security, accuracy, or effectiveness of any third-party services. You assume all risks associated with using such services. Any disputes arising between you and a third-party service provider are your sole responsibility to resolve.

8. Copyright Infringement Policy

• You may not post or transmit copyrighted material through the Services without obtaining prior permission from the copyright owner. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon through Aromix, please provide the following information to Aromix’s Copyright Agent:A signature of the authorized representative of the copyright owner.

• A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

• The specific location (e.g., URL) of the infringing material on Aromix.

• Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address.

• A statement indicating that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

9. Member Interactions

You are solely responsible for all interactions with other Aromix Members. While Aromix may monitor disputes at its discretion, it has no obligation to do so. Aromix is not liable for any expectations, promises, or the authenticity of information shared between Members. You agree to exercise caution and good judgment when interacting with other users through the Services.

10. Privacy Policy

Using the Services may require the collection of personal data. Aromix’s Privacy Policy outlines our practices for collecting, using, storing, and protecting your personal information, and it is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Services, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

11. Suppliers

Aromix may engage third-party and affiliated marketing partners ("Suppliers") to assist in providing the Services. Suppliers are independent contractors, and Aromix is not liable for any acts or omissions of these Suppliers. Supplier services may include:

• Providing registration-related information.

• Offering translation services and facilitating access to member communications.

• Delivering additional services as specified in agreements between Aromix and the Supplier.

• Processing other supplementary services, though such services are not automatically guaranteed.

Aromix does not warrant the quality of services provided by Suppliers. All services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

12. Member Account Suspension/Termination

Aromix does not control the relationships between Members. Members may terminate their membership at any time as outlined in Section 2. Aromix may suspend or terminate a member’s account if:

• A member expresses a loss of interest, and our Support team confirms this through review of correspondence.

• A member requests the deletion of their personal data for unspecified reasons.

• A member is identified on anti-fraud platforms or there is credible evidence of the member engaging in illegal activities.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aromix, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Your use or the use by others of Aromix’s Services or Products in a manner that does not comply with this Agreement.

• Your breach or the breach by others of any provision of this Agreement.

• Your violation or the violation by others of any laws or third-party rights in connection with the use of the Services or Products.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aromix provides the Services on an "as is" basis without any warranties, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability. Aromix does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Aromix is not responsible for issues related to internet connectivity, service availability, or content posted by underage users, offensive materials, or the misuse of personal information by other members. Aromix shall not be liable for any actions of its members, inaccuracies in content, service errors, technical malfunctions, or any damages resulting from your use of the Services.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aromix shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or service interruptions, even if Aromix has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Aromix is not responsible for any activities that occur outside the scope of our Services. Our total liability to you shall be limited to the amount of fees you have paid for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

16. Child Safety & Protection Policy

Aromix maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Minimum Age Requirement

The Services are strictly intended for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not allow minors to access or use the platform.

We implement proactive measures to prevent underage access, including:

• Account verification procedures

• Behavioral monitoring systems

• Risk-based detection technologies

If we detect or reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, we will immediately:

• Suspend or terminate the account

• Remove associated data in accordance with applicable laws

Prohibited Conduct Involving Minors

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

• Grooming, solicitation, or enticement of minors

• Sexualized conversations or content involving minors

• Attempts to obtain personal information from minors

• Any behavior that exploits, harms, or endangers minors

Proactive Detection and Moderation

Aromix actively monitors and detects harmful behavior through:

• Automated detection systems

• Human moderation teams

• Behavioral risk analysis

Reporting Mechanism

Users can report suspected violations through:

Enforcement Actions

Upon receiving reports or detecting suspicious activity, we will:

• Prioritize CSAE-related cases

• Review within 24 hours

• Remove violating content immediately

• Permanently suspend or ban offending accounts

Law Enforcement Cooperation

Aromix complies with all applicable child safety laws and will report confirmed cases of child exploitation to relevant authorities, including:

• The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)

• Other law enforcement agencies as required

We fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

17. Indemnification (General)

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aromix, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees from and against any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:Your use of the Service violating this Agreement;Claims that your content infringes third-party rights;

• Breaches of this Agreement or your representations.

This applies regardless of negligence.

18. General Provisions

1. Headings: The titles of clauses in this Agreement are for reference only and shall not affect the interpretation or meaning of the provisions.

2. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

3. Language: In the event of any discrepancy between different language versions of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.

4. Waiver: Failure by Aromix to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision of the Agreement.

5. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between you and Aromix regarding your use of the Services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings (whether oral or written). Additional terms may apply to third-party content or services integrated with the Services.
